It’s a new month, which means the next wave of Xbox Game Pass games has been announced in the first half of September 2022. The month kicked off strongly with a number of new games coming to the subscription service.
Today, September 6, a number of different games are dropping, including Disney’s Dreamlight Valley: Founder’s Edition, a Disney life sim with a bit of Stardew Valley. Game Pass members also receive exclusive cosmetic rewards and some in-game currency, and will be available on cloud, console and PC.
Also launching today is Opus Magnum, an open-ended puzzle game where you can experiment with mechanics on PC Game Pass. Train Sim World 3, also hitting consoles and PC today, is another Day One game that does exactly what it sounds like: a train simulator game.
Ashes of the Singularity: Upgrade, a “massive real-time strategy game to command an entire army on a dynamic battlefield,” is coming to PC Game Pass on September 13. DC Super Pet League: The Adventures of Krypto and Ace is coming to cloud, console and PC on the same day, and you can play as Krypto and Ace as they try to uncover Lex Luthor’s plan to steal the Metropolis accommodation.
You Suck at Parking is coming to Game Pass on September 14th on cloud, console and PC. Here’s another day one title, “the most extreme parking game in the world, and the only racing game where the goal is to stop.”
On September 15th, another day-one game, Despot’s Game, will join the service on consoles and PC, a rogue-like tactical army fighter in which you guide weak humans through the titular Despot’s Game.
Heavy metal, Doom and rhythm game fans will want to check out Metal Hellsinger on the same day, the last day game available on PC and Xbox Series X|S. It’s a rhythmic FPS “filled with diabolical enemies, powerful weapons and metal music”.
