ISLAMABAD, Pakistan — The Pakistani government has bundled at least $37 billion in international loans and investments in recent weeks to steer the country out of a financial meltdown of the type Sri Lanka experienced, officials said.

The IMF board is scheduled to meet on Monday to consider a bailout agreement between IMF staff and Islamabad, under which the bank will provide 4 billion of Dollar.
