Firmino, who started in place of summer-suspended Darwin Nunes, produced a stunning first-half performance, beginning with Diaz bringing home his cross within three minutes of kick-off.

Firmino grabbed a second of the afternoon before giving him a standing ovation.
The goals didn’t stop there, however, with Fabio Carvalho scoring his first for the club and Diaz grabbing his second.
